TOURS AND APPLICATIONS

There are a number of ways you can explore Canvas on Founders Hill, including guided in-person tours or virtual tours. If you’d prefer to tour in-person, you can schedule a tour through our website or call our friendly leasing team, and we’ll be happy to find a time that works best for you. Please bring a valid ID to your in-person appointment.

After you choose your desired home, you'll complete your application online through our secure portal or in the leasing office, submit the necessary fees, and provide any required documentation. Applicants will be screened for credit, rental history, income, and public criminal records. For more information, please contact our leasing team directly.

Applicants must show income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Canvas on Founders Hill offers flexible lease options, typically ranging from 12 to 18 months, but options may vary depending on time of year and availability. For more information on available lease terms, please contact our leasing team.

No, subleasing is not permitted.

PRICING AND FEES

Pay securely through our resident portal. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late on the 5th of the month.

Security deposits range depending on a few factors including the floor plan type and screening results. Deposits are due at the time of applying. Contact our friendly leasing team for more information.

Yes. In addition to rent and utilities, other monthly fees may be required. For more details on fees, please reach out to our leasing team directly.

Trash, electricity, and internet are billed separately, giving you full control over usage. Residents are required to set up accounts before move-in.
Yes. Each resident must maintain renter’s insurance throughout their lease with a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. Please contact us for more information.
Internet and TV streaming are provided by AT&T.

Yes! Through our Preferred Employer Program, we are proud to offer special move-in discounts to local heroes, healthcare professionals, educators, veterans, and hardworking employees looking for homes for rent in Fulshear, TX, and the surrounding area. At this time, Canvas on Founders Hill does not participate in an affordable housing program.

Each Canvas on Founders Hill home comes equipped with:

You can submit a maintenance request through our online resident portal at any time. Additionally, emergency maintenance services are available 24/7 and can be submitted through our maintenance phone line or by calling the main office.

MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT SUPPORT

You’ll receive a renewal notice 90 days prior to lease expiration. Simply notify us at least 60 days from your scheduled move-out date if you’d like to renew, and we’ll prepare an updated lease agreement.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to end your lease early, we require a 60-day written notice along with a termination fee equal to two months’ rent. Please contact the leasing office to review your options.
Security deposit refunds are typically processed and mailed within 30 days after your move-out date.
A 60-day written notice is required before your move-out date.
